We are extremely confident that you will be satisfied with your Sadie photography. In fact, if Sadie cannot produce a quality image of your product like the examples shown here, we will reshoot free, or you will receive a full refund on the items.
If our work was anything less than excellent, we would be out of business very quickly with this type of offer.

This story begins with home accessories from the Amazon Rainforest. Sadie founder, Genevieve LeMarchal was trying to launch a socially responsible home accessories line but she had no idea how to make a photo shoot happen. She knew she wanted quality potography to help establish a premium brand position and help her products sell.
She sought out well known product photographer Jeremy Kirby who had over a decade of experience in product photograpy and retouching in the luxury, beauty, fragrance and apparel industry, as well as expertise in studio operations for high volume eCommerce flash sale fashion.
Both Jeremy and Genevieve had spent years working in traditional photo studios and agencies, where clients were frequently turned away if they lacked a big budget. They wanted to create a more flexible way for brands get the high quality photography that was inaccessble for them, but they desperately needed.
Today, brands and designers all over the country ship their items to Sadie's studio HQ in Portland, whether they have 5 items or 500.
At the end of the day, quality and style is subjective. However we stand behind our quality.
We have many examples on our website where you can see almost exactly how your products will be styled and photographed. Typically customers switching from DIY to Sadie will see a noticeable increase in quality.
Q. What if I purchase a plan and want to cancel later?
A. STUDIOPASS members that have not redeemed any imagery may cancel. If imagery has been redeeed, any applicable refund would be prorated.
Q. How will I be charged?
A. STUDIOPASS members will be billed automatically to the card on file each month. StudioPass members pay the first half of their total to start, and a low monthly amount for the next 11 months. If StudioPass members upgrade during their billing cycle, the amount they paid will credit to their new plan.
Q. I'm in a huge hurry. I need this done asap! Can you rush?
Rush is not included in StudioPass. Please contact us for a custom rush order quote.
Q. How do the styled shots work?
We have a variety of surfaces here in our studio that we use for these shots. You can send us some inspiration, and specify which pieces you'd like featured, or our stylists can choose for you!
Q. How will you know what shots and angles to take?
Our years of experiene means we know what the best angles are to shoot each type of product. We willshootyourproductat angle that best showses it's fetures. Sometimes our team will shoot a second shot as needed to accurately portray the product.
Q. What kind of discounts do I get on additional images and shoots?
StudioPass members receive 10% off any additional a la carte images (in case you run out in your plan but don't want to upgrade), as well as 10% off extra styled shots, and 10% off lifestyle shoots.
Shipping is always free for StudioPass members.
Q. How long does it take to get images back?
A. To keep the pricing affordable, we batch our shoots. Then imagery goes into the queue for retouching. Please allow 2.5 -3 weeks for turnaround. If you need your product back sooner, please let us know.
Q. What can I use my images for?
We deliver web optimized, ready to upload .jpeg files in both 120 dpi (for web) and 300 dpi resolution (for print). Our imagery also works great for Amazon and other eCommerce sites, as well as for general marketing materials, PR, collaborations, tradeshows, sales materials and more.
Your image files are not optimized for large format CMYK print production (large retail or point of sale, billboards, etc.) If you need this, please contact us.
Q. Do I need to be there on-set for my shoot?
A. For security, shoots are not open to public. Exceptions are made for special lifestyle shoots.
Q. I have been charged for "rights and usage" by photographers and studios in the past. Do I own my imagery?
A. Yes your imagery is 100% owned by you. We do not bill ongoing for rights and usage for images or models.
Q. Can you add clipping paths on my images?
A. Clipping paths are not included in our standard post production. If you need them on your images, costs vary and can be done for a standard hourly rate. Please contact us.
Q. I want StudioPass but I am not a jewelry designer. Can I buy it?
StudioPass for handbags, acessories, apparel and other products is coming. In the meantime, we can make somehing work for you. Please contact us.
Q. I am rep/showroom/Professional that represents multiple designers as clients. Can buy StudioPass?
